Welcome to Colour: Design & Creativity - the online journal from the Society of Dyers and Colourists (SDC), for the professional and academic colour and design community. The journal has been created to fill a perceived gap in the field of colour practice and education. One where professional people, from a diverse range of disciplines in which colour plays an important role, can come together to exchange knowledge and ideas, and perhaps begin to develop a common language to facilitate communication in the fascinating world of colour.
Current Issue
The current issue (issue 4) is now open and articles will be published as soon as possible after acceptance. This is a new publishing model for the journal (implemented from September 2009) that is beneficial to both authors and readers as accepted papers and galleries are made available online at the earliest convenience.
